Our guaranteed check-in starts at 3:00 PM. If you arrive earlier, we will do our best to provide you with the room earlier depending on availability. To be sure, we kindly ask you to book an early check-in.

The check-out is normally scheduled for 10:00 AM. If you need more time, you are welcome to book a late check-out.

Our reception is staffed daily from 07:00 – 21:00.

We serve our breakfast daily from:
Monday – Friday:
07:00 – 10:00
Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays:
07:00 – 10:30

We are happy to provide a baby cot free of charge.
For children up to and including 11 years old, we offer an extra bed including breakfast for €25.00 per night.
Children up to and including 15 years old pay €35.00 per night for the extra bed including breakfast.
Please let us know in advance if you require a baby or extra bed.

Please inform us in advance about any allergies, intolerances, or special dietary requests such as vegetarian or vegan dishes. Our chef looks forward to creating a personalised menu tailored to your needs.

Dogs are warmly welcomed in selected rooms - but only by prior arrangement. We charge a fee of 25 € per dog per night for the stay. (No dogs in the Junior Suites and Suites)
In the restaurant "Acht Reiter", dogs are not allowed, but in the restaurant "Kelle & Schaff" and the beer garden, your four-legged friends are welcome to accompany you.

Our wellness area offers you a Finnish sauna and a bio sauna.

Daily from 14:00 – 21:00

On the ground floor, you will find our beauty and massage room. Please book wellness treatments in advance.
